    Plan Administration Year End Calendar:

    By selecting your plan’s year end, you will be able to view a calendar that will list certain milestones that are to be met during the Year End process. These milestones are timeframes of when ADMIN Partners will request materials that we need from the employer to complete filings and testing, and also the due dates of those filings to the DOL and the IRS.

    In order to complete the administration of your Plan for the plan year, we will need you to download the documents contained in the four links and complete the information as described in the links below. Once all data has been completed, send all four files to the following email address: yearendreporting@youradminpartners.com

    Census Information - Please complete and update the employee census data after reviewing the enclosed instructional material.

    Please be certain to include all employees who performed services during the year, including part time employees, short-term employees, or leased, temporary or shared employees. If you are including leased or shared employees, please indicate that status on the form.

    Compensation should be the employee's W-2 wages for the previous Plan Year.

    The computation period for hours worked is also the Plan Year for all reported employees.

    Highly Compensated and Key Employee Worksheet. Please complete the information on highly compensated and/or corporate officers. A highly compensated employee is defined as W-2 compensative over $120,000.00 in the plan year.

    Year-End Questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire to the best of your ability.
