Matthew Spina directs internal operations and client services at ADMIN Partners. He designed and implemented all our internal processes and procedures. Spina brings extensive executive management and financial services experience to the company. He has held management and executive positions at; The Delaware Group of Funds, Lincoln Investment Planning, ING Mutual Funds and SunGard Data Systems. He created ING’s first mutual fund operations group. He holds NASD Series 6 and 26 licensing.
Spina is an invaluable member of our ADMIN Partners team. Matt’s philosophy is excellent operational standards bring about outstanding customer service. He believes that the staff must take personal responsibility for providing service to our clients that is convenient, prompt, and efficient. Maria Speeney-Johnson has over 22 years of experience in a variety of financial services organizations. She has held various management positions in customer service, finance and underwriting. In one of her positions, she was Director of Sales and Service for Investor’s Mortgage Insurance Company. Her responsibilities included management of all service functions and the training and development for the company’s distribution channel. Johnson is a true leader with a proven ability to train, supervise and motivate service teams.
She believes that the difference between mediocre customer service and great customer service is the quality of training. By taking the time to properly train your customer service employees, you empower them to be accurate, timely, flexible, and most of all, helpful. Well-trained employees will be able to handle most problems as they arise and will know what to do if they face the unexpected.

Michael Verna has been with ADMIN Partners since its inception when he joined us soon after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University. Mike has directed the day to day operations of the Cash Control Group. In fact, he planned and implemented many of the financial control processes we use today for receiving, reconciling and disbursing retirement contributions.
As Leader of Managed Services, Michael’s team is responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationships with approximately 80 different product providers including the exchange of data files. Verna believes that great service begins with strong communication and teamwork which are prerequisites for handling the multi-faceted relationships ADMIN has with investment providers. This teamwork is evident every day ensuring that data moves timely and efficiently between ADMIN and each investment provider.

Maryann has over 25 years of experience in financial services and has a proven ability to develop and use her financial background for different types of businesses. In her management role in the mortgage banking industry she led over 60 employees responsible for all aspects of financial analysis, mortgage loan review and processing and HUD review. She was a key decision maker, focusing on processes and identifying “best practices”. She was responsible for providing the best possible work environment and fostering growth of her staff.
As a Team Leader of Client Services, Maryann is responsible for supervising all aspects of TPA operations and Client Services activities. Maryann believes in building trust, understanding the needs of our customers, and being consistent in all processes and procedures.

Michael Verna
