ProCheck is a comprehensive review of your 403(b) written plan and your internal procedures used to comply with your document. The ProCheck evaluation addresses important compliance questions such as:
- Is your plan compliant with the IRS regulations?
- Is your written plan document appropriate for your organization?
- Are your Plan’s day to day administrative procedures and internal controls structured to meet current regulatory guidance?
- Does your plan design need to comply with requirements under ERISA?
