ADMIN Partners Principals, Suzanne Baldino Jones and Mark W. Heisler, have over 60 years combined experience in financial services with a focus on 403(b) and 457 retirement programs. Suzanne and Mark are recognized nationally as experts in the non-profit retirement marketplace. Suzanne and Mark have worked together for over nineteen (19) years; first as colleagues when they were senior executives for a broker dealer; then as business partners beginning in 1996, when they went out on their own to form the 403(b) consulting firm, Competitive Business Strategy Group (CBSG). Mark and Suzanne both have roots with the clients they now serve. Mark began his career working in non-profits and Suzanne began her career in public education.
Suzanne’s corporate background includes management and executive roles directing customer service, operations and training divisions for Fortune 1000 and other organizations. The vast majority of Suzanne’s experience is in financial services where her industry credentials span mutual fund, insurance and broker/dealer companies with a strong emphasis on retirement plan services. For almost five years, Suzanne was an Executive for a 403(b) focused broker dealer where she was responsible for overseeing, among other functions, common remitting and retirement program compliance. Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rowan University and is currently working on her Tax-Exempt and Governmental Plan Consultant (TGPC) certificate program.
Mark also has broad corporate experiences leading organizational development functions in financial services, healthcare and bio-medical research. Mark’s expertise includes organizational analysis and design, sales and marketing strategy, corporate communications and training. Early in Mark’s career, his responsibilities included plan administration oversight for defined contribution plans. Mark received his Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and his MBA from LaSalle University.
Jones and Heisler speak regularly at industry association, sales and management conferences. They are active members of the National Tax Sheltered Account Association (NTSAA) along with the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and (ASBO) the Association of School Business Officials. Suzanne and Mark’s work is regularly featured in articles on customer acquisition and retention for national and regional business publications including: Selling Power Magazine, Entrepreneurial Women, CEO Strategy and News, On-line Strategy Forum, Yahoo Finance, Credit Union Times Weekly, ADV Magazine and SBN Magazine. They also write regular columns for several trade publications including the National Tax Shelter Annuity Association (NTSAA). In February 2006, Baldino Jones and Heisler again joined forces to establish ADMIN Solutions, LLC and most recently ADMIN Partners, LLC.
