
Each year, 403(b) Plan Sponsors are required to provide meaningful notice to all eligible employees informing them of their right to participate in the employer-sponsored 403(b) retirement plan.
For audit purposes, we ask our Plan Sponsors to complete the following checklist to let us know which notification method(s) was used to notify your employees. ADMIN’s team will keep record of these annual notices on behalf of the Plan.
