We have some amazing news to share, Mark Heisler, ADMIN’s CEO has been named, VP Elect for the National Tax-Deferred Savings Association (NTSA) for 2024. Congrats, to Mark!
The NTSA also known as the National Tax-Deferred Savings Association, hosted the 35th NTSA Summit in San Diego, California, from February 25-27, 2024. Mark Heisler, ADMIN Partners CEO, was able to attend this year, and even co-hosted a panel during the conference. Mark co-hosted a panel with Nathan Glassy, the Executive Director of the NTSA, and Stefan Smith, Partner at BakerHostetler, about the implications of state law and fiduciary responsibilities with Non-ERISA 403(b) Plans. They discussed, what duties and responsibilities plan sponsors have on applying those standards.
The NTSA summit is a great opportunity for financial professionals to network, and stay up to date with the most recent legislative updates.
