Document Facilitator

ADMIN Partners, LLC is an independent third-party administrator that offers retirement plan administration and record keeping services to public education and non-profit employers including church and ERISA organizations.

We are currently looking to fill a full-time entry level position in our Client Services department. The desired candidate must be highly motivated and can interact well with a diversified group of employees especially within a Team environment. Knowledge of retirement plans is a plus but not a requirement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and assigns transaction requests in company workflow management system.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks within established deadlines to maintain service-level agreements.
  • Provides administrative support to various departments including handling daily office mail, participant mailings, and report generation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Adeptness with Microsoft Office applications including Teams (for meetings & cross-department communication).

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge of retirement plan workflow management systems. 
  • Experience within retirement plan administration or a related field. (Familiarity with 401(k), 403(b), or defined benefit plans is a plus.)
  • Knowledge of Relius Administration system a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits offered. Hybrid work environment.
