This week is ADMIN’s Client Appreciation Week! We wanted to dedicate a week to the clients who make it possible for ADMIN Partners to manage the retirement plan administration for over 700 plans. Something that sets ADMIN apart is that we have more than just one type of client. In fact, our list of clients falls into three different categories: Investment Firms, Financial Advisors, and Plan Sponsors/Participants. These groups all contribute to our business in different ways, so let’s explore exactly who are clients really are.


Last week while discussing vendor neutrality, we touched on the idea of producing/non-producing TPA firms and how ADMIN has chosen to be neutral when it comes to investment companies. Doing so allows us to work with a variety of vendors in the retirement planning market. We currently have relationships with over 60 investment firms and have assisted these companies in maintaining both plan documents and record keeping services. The services we provide to these organizations include everything from overall plan administration to data aggregation when more than one vendor is involved. Our collaboration with each firm ensures that accurate information is maintained between ADMIN and each vendor so that all our plans maintain compliance.
