Recently, we have been sharing a lot of industry insights on the blog as they relate to 403(b) Plans and the role that a TPA like ADMIN plays. This week we want to shake things up a bit and take you inside the operations of ADMIN Partners.

There are a few departments within our Operations Team, all of whom work diligently to keep our Plans in compliance. Each department is focused on creating lasting relationships with the plans sponsors and participants in order to build trust with our teams, provide plan education, and to guide each person through the ins and outs of their retirement plan. This week we are going to take a closer look at each of these services to better demonstrate the ADMIN experience.

Knowing that you are working with a large TPA firm that has a lot of employees may sound tempting; however, the level of service provided by these big firms is often less than ideal. In fact, a typical scenario that plan sponsors face when reaching out to bigger TPA’s consists of automated phone prompts and long wait times. ADMIN has made a conscious effort to avoid that by keeping our staff small and in making sure that there is someone readily available when our clients need them. This means there are no wait times, no complicated telephone prompts, and real people answering questions/processing your requests. While ADMIN believes in growing alongside the advancing technology, we also believe in adding a personal touch so that we can cultivate a relationship with our clients.

Having a small-scale TPA is rewarding in terms of customer service, but it can also pose the question: is there a retirement plan too big or too small for you to service? ADMIN has heard this question before and we pride ourselves in the fact that we work with a vast amount of plans; some with only one participant and others who have thousands of active participants. The size of the plan isn’t what matters to us and our service model doesn’t change from plan to plan. ADMIN’s solution is a one-size fits all and we give the same amount of attention to our small start-up companies that we do to established organizations with millions of dollars in assets. Our clients are not just numbers; they are people who are working hard to fulfill their own mission. Knowing this, we work equally as hard to remove the stress of their retirement plan administration so that they can focus on their goals.
