When the ADMIN team set out to find more podcasts for our series, we were not sure that we could top some of the ones we have shared previously. Lucky for us there are a plethora of podcasts to tune into and a multitude of topics to choose from. We even got some recommendations from you! Creating a sense of productivity in the workplace in vital to the overall health of an organization. It builds happiness in employees, inspires a creative culture in the workplace, keeps projects on track, and can even benefit the clients of your business. Because of this, productivity was the obvious choice when choosing our next podcast post. Here are 5 productivity podcasts we think you should listen to:

If you follow us on Twitter (which you should) then you know how much we love the content that Thrive Global puts out. Huffington Post creator, Arianna Huffington, hosts this magical podcast that is sure to motivate you right out of your chair. What seems to be an extension of their already inspiring blog content, the podcast includes interviews with some insightful celebrities and people running powerhouse companies. The variety of techniques shared by her guests keep things entertaining and we love Arianna’s passion for both productivity and the mental health of employees.

As you know from our last book review, we love the idea of creating good habits. With this in mind, it’s no surprise that our team loves this podcast. The goal of ‘The 5 AM Miracle’ is to use healthy habits first thing in the morning that set the tone for a positive and productive day. Jeff has some big-name guests (think Deepak Chopra) join him to discuss tactics that allow you to free up more time and tackle your to-do list. We are firm believers is using your morning to kick off the rest of the day so it’s no surprise that we can’t get enough of Jeff and his content.

We have to admit, the fact that Masters of Scale is hosted by Reid Hoffman (the co-founder of LinkedIn) really lured us into listening. The added bonus was finding out that the podcast was filled with amazing interviews from some of the top people in business. Not only are the interviews entertaining, but they are also incredibly insightful. Mr. Hoffman does a great job detailing how businesses go from “zero to a gazillion” and tests his business theories with each guest. Masters of Scale is also the first podcast to commit to a 50-50 gender balance scale for its guests.

When researching for this post, ADMIN reached out to our Twitter audience for some recommendations on well-loved podcasts surrounding productivity. One of those recommendations was the Productivityist and we couldn’t be happier with the suggestion. Host Mike Vardy is a productivity strategist which means his content is full of tactics and techniques on how increase your productivity and better your time management. While you may not find a lot of celebrity guests on this podcast, you will hear some compelling insights from business owners and even psychologists.

Our final recommendation was one that we found on the Forbes website and when Forbes recommends a podcast, you check it out. Kevin Kruse is a famous author who is taking his words on paper and turning them into a listening experience. His background in founding multi-million dollar businesses has provided him with a slew of experience in time management, goal achievement and checking off the items on a lengthy to-do list. We applaud Kevin’s unique tips on how to drown our distraction and the techniques he uses to create a better use of the time he has.
