ADMIN Partners is excited to announce the launch of our Secure 2.0 Act workshops. Secure 2.0 was signed into law, December of 2022 and there is a lot of information to cover. With this in mind, ADMIN is hosting a number of webinar workships for our clients to review the number of plan provisions that will be impacted by the new law.
Please note that some of these changes require further clarification from the IRS or the Department of Labor. ADMIN will continue to release information as it becomes available.
