Contribution Analyst
We are currently looking to hire a full-time Contribution Analyst within our Client Services department. This position entails processing and reconciliating retirement plan contributions in our record keeping system and the handling of client service inquiries to troubleshoot and resolve contribution related issues within established timeframes.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and have the ability to interact well with a diversified group of employees in a team environment. We are looking for someone who is well organized, detailed oriented and has the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires someone who is strong in both verbal and written communication and has excellent customer service skills.


  • Knowledge of retirement plans a plus but not a requirement.
  • One year of experience working in Finance or Accounting industry required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – including one year experience working with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with financial and workflow management systems preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
